Building Design Structural Specialist for Residential Remodeling – No license required Neil Kelly Company is looking for a detail-oriented Building Design Specialist to join our team in Seattle. • Strong structural drafting skills (particularly light-frame construction) Successful candidates with have strong Chief Architect (preferred) or AutoCAD skills, experience in structural drafting (particularly light-frame construction), knowledge of the construction process, and knowledge of building codes. • Work with project team, Architect, and/or Engineer as necessary to create permit ready plans that meet current building code and zoning code requirements.
