The Technical Interior Designer will assist and be able to produce technical documentation of the project, under direction and supervision of Campus Development Architect. Principle Responsibilities • Coordinate interior design across project team by collaborating with architect, and consultants to meet project goals, adhering to Gateway Campus Development project schedules and milestones. • Develop and maintain Campus and Office FF&E Standards that are functional, scalable for growth and complimentary to Gateway's culture. • Occasionally perform design charettes for Leadership to approve FF&E standards. • Lead and/ or collaborate with Senior Project Manager/ Architect to space plan and design the interior architectural envelope.
