Business Development Manager for Luxury Furniture Startup

BDM will be expected to perform outreach and develop relationships/ sales with design firms in the Santa Barbara/ and or LA areas. -Assist in developing strategy for building pipeline of prospects -Initiate contact with key decision makers -Engaging and developing relationships with prospects -Working closely with designers to understand their goals and design aesthetic -Articulating and communicating social mission and value of Golden Coast Burls -Logging prospects and all communications in CRM -Deliver company presentations and marketing collateral to key prospects and decision makers -Create quotes and proposals -Occasionally Attend tradeshows and networking events Golden Coast Burls “Inspired by the natural world” Not only do we aim to bring wonder and beauty into your home and workplace, we want to inspire the preservation and proliferation of one of the most precious and life-giving forces on the planet (We plant 10 Trees for every project to combat global deforestation!!!). BDM will be given a weekly stipend ($200-$400) to conduct business activities and will receive competitive commission compensation (10-15% of revenue) for all projects sold in addition to percentage of overall company sales (5-8%).
