Job Description Meg Lonergan Interiors, a Houston‑based residential interior design firm, seeks a project designer with at least 3–5 years experience in ground‑up new construction and full‑scale renovations to manage and execute all facets of high‑end residential design for projects. As a Designer and Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects from start to finish, taking full accountability down to every detail. Construction administration – site supervision with focus on design implementation and quality control; proactive client and contractor communication Manage project delivery: coordinate deliveries, storage, purchases and installations in collaboration with Office Manager Manage project schedules; ensure accuracy, timely installation, and quality for all aspects of remodel and new construction projects
