Buyer - Commercial Interior Design

Kiln is looking for a Procurement who will assist in Kiln’s procurement function. • Assist in producing purchase orders and issuing relevant documentation to vendors/suppliers • Collaborate with the team to receive, approve, and submit invoices for payment • Maintain accurate procurement and budget records and collate information for weekly review by project team • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager or logistics provider to ensure all product is received in good working order • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager or logistics provider to transfer Kiln products/components and FF&E to Kiln site and installed at the designated time for the project • Keep procurement schedule up to date with all information to allow for weekly reporting • Ensure product spec, warranties, cleaning/maintenance instructions, supplier contact details, etc. Ideal Experience and Skills: • 1 to 2 years' experience or knowledge of procurement processes is a plus • Passion for Interior Design • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
