• Generates proposals, material lists, installation documents, and provides technical and supervisory support for designers/estimators. Key Responsibilities • Reviews, interprets, and analyzes RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements. • Operates 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings according to ILG Design Standards. • Works with all areas of cabinet sales, order management, customer care, and installation operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Competencies, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent digital, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
