Cabinet Design and Sales Specialist

Deschutes River Cabinet is a mid-size, locally owned and operated, fast- growing company looking for an experienced Design and Sales Specialist to join our team. In addition to knowledge of best practices of cabinet design; we are looking for a highly organized yet flexible individual who is comfortable working in a small office environment. We require strong customer service skills including a friendly and open personality. There will be some local travel within Central Oregon required to meet clients and perform final measurement of design spaces. •Prepare bid proposals and revisions, working with clients for approval •Coordinate the above with sales, engineering, and scheduling Requirements: •Cabinet Design including knowledge of industry standards and basic knowledge of construction Three Year •Sales Experience - meeting with clients, follow-up contact, communicating schedules •Cabinet Vision or equivalent design software One Year •Interior Design degree or equivalent experience •Exceptional attention to detail and a documented ability to follow through on projects •Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills •Ability to work independently as well as with a team •Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and fill in as needed behind sales and engineering •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products •Positive and bright attitude around the office and working with clients
