Job details Salary $40,000 - $80,000 a year DOE Job Type Full-time Number of hires for this role 1 Qualifications • • Interior design: 3 years Cabinet Vision to CNC (Required) • Criminal background check (Required) • US work authorization (Required) Full Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · · · Ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants and designers · Work with team to maintain timeline of all projects · Create detailed building designs and highly detailed Architectural drawings both by hand and by Digital Platforms (CAD) for client presentation and permitting · Hire third party Engineers & Architects as needed · Work hand-in-hand with the MEP Engineer to develop the full MEP drawings for the clients (from the building study phase all the way to the permit approval phase) · Define, assess and evaluate alternative solutions to ensure alignment with strategies, target architecture and standards evolution · Visit sites for feasibility study as needed based upon the projects · Communicate with construction professionals about current and upcoming projects · Work around constraining factors, such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget · Structure a project time table for each project and follow to make sure timeline is met · Guide team to develop high quality construction bid documents · Apply for permits and address county comments through permitting phases · Meet with clients when required · Develop assigned projects and orchestrate project meetings · Travel as needed for projects · Make crucial decisions when drawings/permit or design issues arise on projects · Visit project sites effectively and as needed · Manage time effectively and meet given deadlines · Maintain project budget · Produce detail drawings · Proficient in quality control reviews · Coordinate between architect, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, and lighting consultants · Manage project timelines, schedules, resources, and project budget · Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to team and consultants · Participate in and lead team discussions on technical and other project related issues · Manage and Maintain client relationships while multi- tasking/working on multiple projects · Ability to select material finishes · Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project · Create a timeline for the project and estimate project material costs · Provide any design work necessary for marketing and sales · Interview and meet with clients · Explain designs to and meet with Project Managers when necessary · Make site visits prior to design and during construction as needed · Promote and sell design ideas to clients · Coordinate and work with dental equipment specialists, cabinet makers, and IT companies · Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples · Must present self in professional manner at all QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: · Experience heavy in commercial · Experience in residential · Strong organizational, communication and customer relationship management skills · Fluent in written and spoken English · Valid work permit (USA) · Minimum of 7+ years of experience required · Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills · Working knowledge and proficiency Cabinet Vision CN, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word · Outstanding graphic presentation skills · Knowledge of County/City code regulations · Must be willing to travel when required · Excellent attention to detail · Extremely organized Qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year BOE Benefits: • Health insurance after 3 month probation period Schedule: • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Bonus pay Experience: • Interior design: 3 years (Required) Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period may apply Work Remotely: Maybe
