Part Time/ hourly CAD drafter wanted for small residential INTERIOR DESIGN firm MUST be knowledgeable in CAD drafting and MEP drawing sets to be used for Architect DOB submission, Contractor bidding, Board Approvals, and sometimes Landmark submissions. Depending on the project Scope, initial floorplan layout is needed, furniture plans, and for larger projects, full set MEP construction plans. NYC area preferred. Majority of work will be done remotely and coordinated directly with Principal Designer via phone and cloud based services.
