We’re looking for a detail-oriented CAD drafter to join our residential home design team. No degree required—just solid drafting skills, interest in residential design, and a willingness to learn our software (Cadvance). Ideal candidate: • Proficient in 2D CAD drafting (any platform) • Strong attention to detail and spatial thinking • Comfortable with math and technical drawing • Curious about how homes are designed and built Experience in residential design is a plus but not required. Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
