• 2+ years related experience in model home interior merchandising design and/or building industry. • Knowledge and understanding of interior space planning and furniture layouts (scale, placement and function). • Ability to read and understand floor plans to scale. • Ability to multitask and work well under strict deadlines. • Well organized-oriented with excellent problem solving abilities
