The CS works with and supports the Client Agency’s Facilities Branch Chief on matters dealing with space utilization. The CS duties include database management and collaboration with a team of space managers to develop solutions for space utilization responsible for occupancy data. AutoCAD experience required. Assists with additional systems & teams in conjunction with CAFM to update move and personnel data in real time, or on weekly, monthly, or quarterly bases. Assists with analysis and evaluation of such data as location, square footage, floor load capacity, mailstops, facilities, anticipated usage, etc., and compiles reports and data to support the Construction and Leasing Branch (CLB) for space planning and Program of Requirements (POR) throughout all the Client Agency’s occupied leased space.
