SALARY DISCLOSURE- The ideal pay range for this role is $66,463-$87,742.75 based on the College Park/Woodbridge Pay Tier. The pay range may vary based on your location. • Formal qualification in Interior Design or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of experience from working in remote sales and/or customer service • Minimum 3 years of experience from working with interior design • Knowledge of all aspects of interior design, (e.g. functionality, space, layout, ergonomics, architecture, style, materials, sustainability etc) with special focus on local societal trends • Understanding of relevant local rules, laws and regulations for both public spaces and homes • Relevant sales and design processes and tools experience • Passionate about interior design and finding ways to exceed expectations and improve people’s life at home • Strong ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and planning skills when visualizing commercial, functional and aesthetic solutions • Creative and conceptual thinking skills, a holistic view combined with an eye for details • Strong active listener with ability to communicate and share creative ideas, concepts and solutions in an inspiring way If you don’t recognize yourself in all these points, you might still be an excellent candidate for the role.
