Jack Laurie Group is growing in the Fort Wayne market and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and getting the job done right. This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who enjoys working with a strong team, solving problems in the field, and delivering quality work that stands the test of time. Perform commercial carpentry work on a variety of projects including renovations, tenant improvements, and specialty construction work Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, metal framing, and other materials Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency Work closely with project managers and field teams to keep projects moving forward Maintain a safe and organized jobsite Take ownership of workmanship and quality on every project What We’re Looking For Competitive pay – open to negotiating for the right candidate Consistent commercial project work Strong team culture and leadership support Opportunities to grow within Jack Laurie Group Work with a respected company with decades of industry experience
