Carpenters, Painters, Construction Laborers Needed

Your work must be knowledgeable, clean & high quality. Must be able to show up on time to job sites at 8:45am. _____________________________________________________________________________ We are looking for skilled Laborers with at least 7+ yrs experience in the following positions: \\- Painting \\- Plaster/Spackle/Skim coat/Scraping & Prep work etc (must be capable of clean work/finishes, must be familiar with different types of paints/textures.) _____________________________________________________________________________ \\- Carpentry \\- Sheetrock/Drywall/Insulation/Framing/Joist & Stud work etc \\- Cabinetry Installation (IKEA/Semi-Handmade is a plus) (must be capable of clean work, able to use a variety of saws, able to read blueprint/design plans) *WE DO A HIGH AMOUNT OF CABINETRY INSTALLS WITH IKEA/SEMI-HANDMADE _____________________________________________________________________________ (NOT at this time looking to fill any Foreman positions) _____________________________________________________________________________ *All applicants must be: detail oriented, be a problem solver, able to work solo without being micro-managed and be able to complete timelines given, must have good communication skills, must be on time, must be a team player* *masks/safety equipment worn on site, no exceptions* Some or all Positions may include: \\- Demo work, cleaning, loading & unloading of materials ______________________________________________________________________________ *Full time positions *Independent Contractor Positions
