Participates in and oversees work of the wait staff in providing high quality, formal service to residents, guests, family members and staff members of Royal Oaks in all of the dining areas and catered events. Direct Reports: \\- 2 Direct Reports Event Planning: Responsible for the planning and execution of events for residents, guests, family members, and staff members. Customer Service: Responsible for being available to the residents, guests, family member or staff member at all times during the event. Extensive knowledge of food hygiene Extensive knowledge of catering and food and beverage service in dining environment Good understanding of Maricopa County Food regulations, sanitation guidelines and safety compliance. Has ability to speak, work, and interface with all levels of co-workers, residents, guests, and staff members.
