Design, Project Management This role will perform within a design team in a self‐directed manner in multiple aspects of the design process including but not limited to the design & documentation of all phases, the preparation of materials, and construction administration activities within established budgets, schedules, and programmatic requirements. What you’ll do • Leads project team through design and delivery process, including comprehension of scope deliverables and partners with project management and technical leads on a variety of projects • Take a lead role in coordinating with client, contractor, and consultants • Manage workflow and production of deliverables • Take a lead role in programming, space planning, and design activities • Research, recommend and select appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furniture • Clearly communicate design concepts and conduct client presentations in a variety of formats • Utilize BIM technology in development of 3-dimensional models, documentation, and coordination • Prepare and or/coordinate project design documentation • Lead construction document coordination, review and quality assurance including coordination with consultants, contractors, and other trades • Participate in construction administration, including review of RFIs, submittals, and site visits to ensure accuracy • Prepare workflow for junior team members and identify development opportunities, delegates tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and autonomously to solve problems involving multiple options. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
