Commercial Interiors Project ManagerLead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Facilitate project meetings.Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Demonstrate a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc. ).Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timelines.Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both client individual project and portfolio objectives.Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depth knowledge of other job fields within the organization function.Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values.
