Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Assisted Living Manager, the Caregiver provides the residents with help meeting all supervisory, personal, and directed level of care, non- medical needs in accordance with the Royal Oaks Assisted Living Care Plan. Is responsible for promptly reporting to the Assisted Living Manager, Wellness Nurse on site, or Director of Health Services incidents or evidence of resident abuse or a violation of residents’ rights. Answers all residents’ call bells promptly and courteously, as well as anticipates needs of residents who are incapable of calling for assistance or recognizing the need for assistance. -Has ability to speak, read, and write English. -Has in-depth knowledge of Royal Oaks company policies and procedures.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
