Chicago Hybrid Interior Design Manager

ESPO Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead design standards, space planning, and project execution across the CRE portfolio. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality interiors.

The candidate will drive design programs, coordinate with project managers, and oversee initiatives while maintaining schedule and budget considerations. Hybrid work arrangementup to three days onsite at Willis Tower is expected.
