Chief Hospitality Design Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Hospitality Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects and collaborating with our team of experts to deliver high-quality designs. Key Responsibilities • Direct and coordinate project teams, including consultants, throughout all phases of design • Participate in the production of Revit models and design drawings for multiple projects • Maintain pace of production and delegate design tasks within the architectural team as needed to progress the work • Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and other project partners • Strategize project delivery and deliverables for assigned projects Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field • 5-8+ years of experience in architectural design, with 3-5+ years in hospitality design sector • Experience independently leading small-medium sized projects or in a Job Captain role for medium-large projects • Strong knowledge of high-end material finishes, lighting concepts, and amenities typically found in hospitality environments • Effective communicator and collaborative team player with strong presentation skills Benefits We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including: • Health and dental coverage with employer contribution • Employee stock ownership program • Profit sharing (based on firm profitability) • Paid AIA dues and license fees for registered architects
