The Project Manager/Senior Interior Designer works closely with the Director of Interior Design and will provide design, management and coordination, in the design, development, and delivery of various commercial interior design projects, including multifamily, office, restaurant, and other commercial projects. In addition, this position requires a thorough understanding of current design trends, materiality, FF&E, drafting, and a high level of experience using Revit, InDesign, & Photoshop software. Leads and directs, in coordination with the Director of Interior Design, the design, production, construction documentation, and FF&E phases throughout the lifecycle of a project. Leads and directs, in coordination with the Director of Interior Design, the FF&E design, budgeting, selection, and procurement process throughout the lifecycle of a project. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and FF&E installations.
