Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager for our trade clients, you will assist in nurturing those relationships and providing our clients with a luxury experience. Experience and passion for interior design, retail or the home furnishings market is expected. Client Account Managers are expected to deliver first-class service to our clients and customers both online and in person. You are expected to represent the Lostine brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism. • Coachable in learning new data entry software and task management programs • Collaborative mindset • Experience in a B2B environment • Ability to work across teams with a collaborative approach • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom preferred • Photography experience and expertise preferred • Business experience preferred • Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels • A professional and commercial sense of problem-solving skills • Experience in and knowledge of Ecommerce is a plus
