Team D3 (Symetri) is an Autodesk Platinum Partner that consults with manufacturers to design better products and get to market faster by leveraging best-in-class engineering, design, process automation, and data management technologies. In this role, you'll help drive communication, facilitate renewals, support Autodesk account management, and promote our service standards across the customer journey. Essential Functions: • Act as liaison between the organization and the client • Meet with Sales Reps to review upcoming renewals and plan ahead • Facilitate client communication • Facilitate client renewal process • Coordinate consolidation of contracts • Promote adoption of three-year agreements • Maintain compliance with Autodesk standard practices for order processing • Addition from Nora: Knowledge of Autodesk policy changes concerning renewal and new software purchases. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAOs): • Skilled in Microsoft office products, particularly Excel • Knowledge of CRM systems • Ability to organize and manage multiple large projects simultaneously • Excels working in a team environment • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel when needed Required Education, Experience, & Certifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of tech sales-related experience • Background in SAAS software deployment
