Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and potential clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Serve as the initial point of contact for all showroom visitors Communicate Design West’s products, services, and the value of collaborating with our Design Team Maintain the overall appearance and luxury aesthetic of the showroom floor Provide administrative and operational support to the Design Team as needed Ensure every client interaction reflects Design West’s commitment to exceptional service and design excellence The Client Experience Liaison plays a vital role in delivering a refined, high-touch experience that reflects the standards of Design West and supports the success of our design professionals.
