Clinical Space Designer

They will research and learn every aspect of the assigned projects, take detailed notes to gain a clear understanding of all the project requirements, and apply design practices and knowledge of building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and able to visualize physical space to have a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities: - Develop creative clinical interior space solutions to meet customer needs - Provide effective designs, tools, documents, and resources necessary to successfully gather and present project design concepts and quotes - Regularly meet with client representatives, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders - Research and learn every aspect of the assigned projects - Take detailed notes to gain a clear understanding of all the project requirements - Apply design practices and knowledge of building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements - Communicate effectively with assigned project contacts - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field - At least 3 years of previous experience as a Designer (Healthcare is a plus) - Proficient with AutoDesk (AutoCAD/Revit), Bluebeam, CET Designer, and Microsoft Office programs - Knowledge of healthcare furniture systems, building codes, ADA, and OSHPD - Proficient in construction document production - Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to visualize physical space to have a positive impact on the lives of others - Detail-oriented, strong project management skills, and able to perform successfully under pressure and effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
