The role of a Farrow & Ball Colour Consultant is to provide an in-home & online color consultancy service that adheres to Farrow & Ball standards, whilst meeting the customer’s needs and providing an excellent service that gives them the confidence to use Farrow & Ball products. to advise and devise appropriate colour schemes (paint & paper) for the customer’s requ • irementsLeading a seamless experience for the customer whilst also presenting yourself in a professiona • l mannerProducing detailed specifications to include chosen colors, wallpaper, quantity, finishes, and third party/licensed products and • costingsPromoting the F&B unique point of difference to drive the value for money pro • positionShowcasing a proactive approach to KPI Target achievements • monthlyOffering Virtual Colour Consultancy service where appropriate & geographical needs cannot be met ensuring the same high standards and behaviors are • appliedEngaging with customers over an online portal to deliver a virtual ‘in-home’ décor service as required by th • e clientAdapting pre and post-visit practices in order to effectively support a Virtual Colour Con • sultancyFulfilling duties of a Showroom Assistant during your Showrooms hours, with an additional focus on the promotion of the CC service & the closing of sales fo • r the SRTraining of new members of the team to instill general interior design knowledge to support in-store sales & how to promote & close the sale on the CC • serviceAssisting Managers in local marketing & event exercises, such as ‘Meet the Expert’ & promos in line with the marketing
