Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Account Executives to join our Skutchi Team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Conway, SC. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of commercial furniture and related workplace solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, bid on government projects, prepare proposals and quotes. Set-up delivery and installation. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with CAD designers, interior decorator, and the operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, client retention, and handling ongoing customer needs.Demonstrated Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in B2B environments.Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, CRM use, and sales process optimization.Sales Management capabilities such as negotiating, and supporting long-term growth strategies.Knowledge of commercial furniture, interiors, or workplace design is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work on-site in Conway, SC and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing quotes, orders, and project timelines.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
