As an Interior Designer on our team, you'll play a key role in providing the selection, specification, and procurement of furniture pieces for projects. Responsibilities • Develop space plans and detailed furniture layouts for commercial environments • Select and specify systems furniture, casegoods, seating, and ancillary pieces • Produce accurate specifications using tools such as CET Designer • Prepare client-facing presentations, finish palettes, and typicals • Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to price and quote solutions • Track orders, manage changes, and support installation coordination and punch lists • Serve as a design and product resource throughout the project lifecycle • Travel to job sites locally and across the country for site walks & installations Qualifications • Degree in Interior Design or a related field • 2+ years of experience in commercial furniture planning and specification (dealership or A&D firm) • Proficiency in CET Designer, Revit, Microsoft Suite, & Adobe Creative Cloud (required) • Familiarity with systems furniture specification & pricing • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset What We Offer • A collaborative, design-forward team that values creativity, curiosity, and initiative • Opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects across the country • A culture that supports learning, growth, and cross-disciplinary exploration • Work/life balance & flexibility, including hybrid work • Competitive compensation and benefits • A beautiful, open studio in Portland • The chance to help shape spaces that empower people to do their best work Ability to Commute: • Portland, OR 97201 (Required)
