Job Description: • Responsible for interior space management projects including planning, design, layout and utilization of space giving appropriate attention to the organization's expectations regarding future operations. • Maintains inventories of facility space and furnishings for evaluation and control purposes and facilitates the establishment of space and furniture standards. Accountabilities: • Prepares plans for allocation and utilization of space. • Develops concepts and supervises the design and fabrication of new equipment, furniture and furnishings; collaborates with manufacturers in the preparation of custom made equipment, arranges for cost estimates for equipment, furniture, furnishings, and other building appurtenances and décor. • Prepares layout of space to meet system's needs, and selects furniture and furnishings for offices with color selection being compatible to building décor.
