Strategic & Business Integration • Support Showroom strategy and implementation in collaboration with Sales Leaders • Advocate for design solutions that challenge clients' perceptions respectfully • Contribute to the Furniture Leadership Team, promoting Franklin and continually improving the department • Integrate knowledge of all business units’ offerings into the team’s design approach, fostering cross-departmental collaboration • Ensure consistent deliverables across all projects Relevant Industry Experience: The ideal candidate would have experience in an Interior Design role, with a proven track record of participating in successful projects within the commercial interiors space.
