In this position, you will collaborate with and be an integral part of the interior design team, supporting both development of interior design efforts and implementation of that vision.ResponsibilitiesManagement of multiple major accounts (minimum of 15 at one time) and the respective projects within these accounts, which can be in multiple phases at any given time. From start to finish involved in the success of the project; main point of contact for all correspondence; leading a team that responds; participate in the overall team management and have awareness of ALL projects on the team.Programming, Space Planning (all sizes), Pricing Plans and Construction Administration Lead for your major accounts. Ensuring redlines are coordinated with appropriate consultants etc. Working with other Project Managers to schedule workload and delegate tasks for the best profitability, meeting deadlines and client satisfaction. Responsible for significant contribution to concept development; bringing new materials / ideas to the table, stretching the design.
