Job Summary We are searching for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects in the Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities • Project Initiation and Planning: • Develop project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders • Create detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans • Team Leadership and Collaboration: • Motivate and direct a team of site superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects • Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders • Risk Management and Quality Control: • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
