Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in Dayton, OH, with a combination of on-site client visits and work-from-home responsibilities. This role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting Elites services to residential and commercial customers. The associate will collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timelines, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. Regular responsibilities also include follow-up communication, resolving client concerns, and staying informed about product features, pricing, and market trends to effectively position solutions. Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
