During the 120 day training period, you will receive a weekly guaranteed base pay or commissions, whichever is greater, After that, our generous commission structure provides you the opportunity to earn $50,000 to $70,000 (or more!) per year. Desired Skills & Qualities: • Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships • Pursues work with enthusiasm and energy • Demonstrates a high level of creativity and an interest in Interior Design • Effectively listens and clearly communicates with clients to determine their wants and needs • High School graduate required • Prior sales experience a plus, but not required • Able to work retail hours, days and weekends Typical Duties of our Sales Associates/Design Consultants would include: • Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy products.
