Concept Designer - Florida

Expectations • Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) • Strong hand-sketching and conceptual visualization skills • 7-10+ years of residential design experience preferred • Understanding of luxury, coastal, and modern residential styles • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively • Experience with Revit is a plus Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Create conceptual designs for high-end custom homes • Produce compelling hand sketches, design studies, and early plans • Collaborate with project architects to refine and develop concepts • Participate in client meetings and design reviews • Prepare presentation materials that communicate design intent clearly • Work with a nationally recognized residential architecture firm • Creative, collaborative team environment • Opportunities to shape design direction in some of the most desirable markets • Competitive compensation and growth potential Benefits Found In Job Post Requirements Added By The Job Poster • Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of work experience with Sketching • Working in an onsite setting • Authorized to work in the United States • 7+ years of Architecture and Planning experience • No need for visa sponsorship
