Aspen Leaf Interiors is currently looking for an experienced Conceptual Designer. Role & Responsibilities: \\- Project Management \\- Create conceptual design for projects under direction of the Principal Designer \\- Communicate conceptual designs to Technical Design team and clients \\- Collaborate as a part of a conceptual team \\- Support Technical Team with client deliverables including storyboards, presentations, and quoting Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have a 4-year degree in Art Design or similar degree, equivalent experience, or an equivalent combination of education & work experience Preferred Skills In order to perform the essential functions of this position successfully, candidate must have experience with materials (including, but not limited to, colors and textures) and know residential interior design standards. Knowledge of Revit a plus. Additional Notes Other duties may be assigned as needed. This is an in office position.
