Louis Ptak Construction seeks a Project Architect to partner with our construction teams and bring high-end residential designs to life This dynamic role interacts with client design teams, our project management team, and our skilled craftsmen throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with clients and the construction team to create drawings that can be executed in the field. Construction documentation with all the detailed specs that help the construction team execute in the field. Detailed translation of the document that comes from the architect or designers on materials that can be purchased or installed, and built. 5+ years of architectural experience (Type V preferred) Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3D rendering.
