The Construction Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Construction Project Manager in the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of day-to-day project tasks to construct the project on time, within budget and according to KG standards. • Support design review meetings, assess drawings for design and code compliance, and provide feedback to the project team. Supervisory Responsibilities • Support the PM in supervising the construction team to ensure quality standards and timelines are met. Required Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in a construction management related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably working on high-end residential projects.
