The majority of our work is concentrated in Broward County, Florida. We are seeking a full time employee to fill the position of Assistant Superintendent who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on the construction sites. This will include but is not limited to the supervising of subcontractors, meeting with inspectors, and daily quality control inspections to ensure that all work is completed to meet the standards set forth by Schachne Architects and Builders and by all local building codes. Responsible for the orderly upkeep of all jobsite construction documents and the timely submission of all plan revisions that are required. Ensures all safety regulations are met at each jobsite.
