We currently have an opening for an experienced Construction Administrator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Preparing Owner/Contractor agreements - Completing Site inspections - Shop drawing review - Reviewing contractor pay applications - Preparing ASIs - Responding to RFIs - Preparing punch lists - Reviewing closeout documents - Coordination with consultants - Observe and document construction activity - Review the project schedule - Prepare reports and maintain logs pertaining to job status, submittals, change orders, and pay requisitions
