We currently have an opening for an experienced Construction Administrator and Project Manager \\- This is a mid-level full time position with 8am -5pm typical working hours \\- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and/or design industry is desirable \\- Will require some travel, occasionally overnight \\- A knowledge of commercial construction, building products, construction practices and quality standards is required \\- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook \\- Familiarity with AIA documents \\- Experience specifically in Healthcare, Corrections and Education is desirable but not necessary \\- Strong benefits package \\- Compensation will be dependent on work experience and skill set \\- Additional information on our firm can be seen at www.craarchitects.com Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \\- Preparing Owner/Contractor agreements \\- Completing Site inspections \\- Shop drawing review \\- Reviewing contractor pay applications \\- Preparing ASIs \\- Responding to RFIs \\- Preparing punch lists \\- Reviewing closeout documents \\- Coordination with consultants \\- Observe and document construction activity \\- Review the project schedule \\- Prepare reports and maintain logs pertaining to job status, submittals, change orders, and pay requisitions If interested, please respond via email or our web site.
