Building project management software usage is a plus, but not required (we use BuilderTrend, which can be learned) • “Get it done” mentality Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Construction Manager coordinates and schedules the construction of our projects, while interacting with the Project Manager, communicating with Clients and Designers throughout the building process, adhering to our process and seeking continuous improvements for greater productivity. This would include working with the Project Manager to coordinate info about what is needed each week to help keep the job on track and on schedule. Also email weekly Change Order info to Clients. • Maintain safety on all projects and worksites in accordance with OSHA and other laws. • Warranty and service work follow up completion on a timely basis, including documentation in company list format and BuilderTrend.
