Construction Project Manager

We provide Construction services from Tacoma to Lynwood and have a strong clientele base that enjoys working with our company. We are looking for a Project Manager Candidate that can grow with the company and has a drive for success and can learn a lot along the way. If you cannot respect the labor and the specialty trades you have not done the work! -Strong Comprehension of Blueprints & Engineering Details -College Education in Construction or Construction Management a Plus but not Necessary -Construction Management with Verifiable Experience and a Track Record of Success (5-7 Years) -Customer Service Experience (2 Years) -Good Business Sense and Experience (Past Business Ownership is not a must but a Plus) -Residential Construction Experience (7-10 Years), Multi-Family & Commercial Experience (2-5 Years) -Strong Knowledge of Structural Building is a Plus (Foundation, Framing) -Comprehension of All Trades from Excavation to Finish Work -Easy to Work with Characteristic, with a Strong Passion to Learn to get better Every Day -Thick Faced (Can handle a lot Pressure, Criticism, Failure (but learns from mistakes) & Accountability -Strong Leadership Skills (Be the Example & Set the Example), Accepts Blame with Accountability and does not blame others for their own Management Capabilities -Able to Pass a Background Check, Drug Test if Needed, not an Alcoholic or Drug User -Proficient in Word, Excel, Email, Smart Phone and can Type at least 30 WPM -Experience with Construction Platforms in the likes of Co-Construct & Buildertrend -Strong Communication Skills -Reliable & Consistent -Sales & Customer Service Background is a Plus (Negotiation Skills a Plus) -Displays a Strong Work Ethic, Self-Starter, Strong Finishing Capabilities -Ability to work Independently, be held Accountable for Time versus Progress -Able to Manage Others Fairly and Professionally -Able to put Bags On when needed or Just to sweep the Floors or Clean Up Site -Own Tools is a Plus (Good Tools, If you Invest into good Tools you’ve invested into Yourself) -Valid Drivers License & Insurance (We offer Gas Reimbursement Program)
