You will be delivering the success of multiple concurrent projects, learning every aspect of the Plan-Design-Build process with a focus on Project Administration and Logistics. Responsibilities: Construction \- Managing field and office Teams to deliver high-quality construction products \- Project documentation and tracking \- Quality Control \- Client Interaction \- Trades contract management \- Company resource management \- Site administration and site office management \- Project Schedule management \- Interface with company Design Team Qualifications \- 10-15 years’ experience in the residential segment of the industry \- Minimum 5 years in Project Management \- Proficient computer skills including enterprise-level email management, Google Sheets, SmartSheet, Database management, and cloud-based storage systems (e.g. Dropbox) \- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently \- Systems-focused work strategies utilizing our proprietary software \- Resourceful in issue-identification and solution-based thinking \- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills in Standard Business English \- Estimating experience in residential remodeling \- A high level of curiosity for learning new ways of doing things in order to advance your career \- We are accepting candidates who reside in the counties of San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, and Sonoma.
