PLATT, a full-service architecture, construction, and interior design firm based in Brevard, N.C., is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide comprehensive management for residential custom home and commercial construction projects in the western North Carolina area, focused mainly around Brevard, Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, Mills River, and Hendersonville. This position operates within a Design/Build environment, communicating and working directly with the Architecture team throughout the course of a project. Job Requirements include: -Preference given to candidates with experience with Custom/Luxury Home Building, a college degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent combination of training and field experience. -Technical knowledge of residential construction is required including construction techniques related to site grading, foundation, framing, mechanicals, and finishes. -Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
