Knickerbocker Group is seeking an experienced, hard-working individual to join our team as a full-time Construction Project Manager dedicated to managing our custom residential construction projects and the delivery and completion of our prefabricated homes. Assist with the following as needed: • Participate in design team meetings to ensure that the construction project can be completed as designed and within budget. • Evaluate the construction site for site logistics, permitting, inspection requirements, as well as any other situations that may need to be resolved prior to the start of construction. • Review design documents at all stages of the project for possible budget issues. • Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
