Contract Design Assistant

DL Interior Studio is a full-service residential interior design firm based in Washington, DC, serving clients throughout the DC/MD/VA area. We are growing and looking for a dependable, design-minded assistant to support our principal designer on a contracted, project-based basis. This is a contract, project-based position. You will work directly alongside our Creative Director to support active residential design projects from site visits and installations to sourcing and administrative tasks. • Must be local to the DC / MD / VA area • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional demeanor and comfort working in clients’ homes • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Minimum 1 year of hands-on interior design experience
