Busy residential Interior Design firm needs a Coordinator to call for quotes, place and track orders. The candidate must have 3-4 years' experience with the interior design process and must be familiar with assisting the design team in placing orders and following up on the orders. This is a full-time position. Requirements: \\- Strong organizational skills and be able to stay on top of deadlines \\- Good multi-tasking abilities to be able to work on several projects simultaneously \\- Detail-oriented and be able to deliver status of all orders to the design team accurately and in a timely manner \\- Assist in generating the relevant paperwork eg. Purchase Orders to process all orders \\- Filing all paperwork for efficient retrieval of information \\- Must be a quick learner and be computer savvy \\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both vendors and clients \\- Action-oriented and able to manage deadlines and ensure timely deliveries of orders and schedules \\- Able to work independently and as part of a team Salary will commensurate with experience.
