Qualifications and responsibilities for this Corporate Office Interior Designer position include: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • 3-6 years of experience in interior architecture or corporate interiors • NCIDQ Certification strongly preferred • Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite experience also needed • Manage full project lifecycle from programming through construction for corporate interior projects, including medical, legal, and professional spaces • Lead and mentor small project teams while overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality standards • Conduct client consultations, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure design intent is delivered through construction • Knowledge of codes, permitting, and consultant coordination, with the ability to resolve design and technical issues • Engage in a hybrid work schedule (M/F remote), 4.5-day work week, and contribute to a culture rooted in family, honesty, and creativity Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
